Develop and deploy AI-assisted software, automation workflows, data pipelines, and applications for semiconductor manufacturing processes in a high-volume 300mm wafer fab. Automate lot and equipment dispositions, process releases, and repetitive tasks to improve quality, yield, cycle time, and production efficiency. Collaborate with project managers and manufacturing customers, document systems, ensure compatibility across sites, and mentor team members on software development practices.

Develops and improves epitaxy manufacturing processes in a high-volume 300mm semiconductor fab. Responsibilities include supporting equipment installation and manufacturing ramps, improving yield, efficiency, quality, and cycle time, executing process experiments and startup activities, performing lot and equipment dispositions, analyzing process and equipment issues, and collaborating across teams to resolve production priorities.

Owns and improves 300mm CMP or wet semiconductor manufacturing equipment. Responsibilities include equipment selection, installation, maintenance, reliability analysis, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, corrective actions, documentation, and technical support. The role partners with technicians, process engineers, and manufacturing teams to improve uptime, stability, factory performance, and execution consistency through continuous improvement and innovation.

Supports high-volume semiconductor manufacturing by improving processes, procedures, equipment operations, efficiency, yield, cost, and quality. Performs lot and equipment dispositions, investigates process and equipment issues, supports equipment and process startups, conducts process experiments, and participates in data analysis and problem resolution. Requires semiconductor process or equipment engineering experience and a relevant bachelor’s degree.

Develop, integrate, and qualify epitaxy processes for advanced semiconductor manufacturing flows. Drive process and device improvements through characterization, experiments, data analysis, and simulation. Collaborate with process, integration, reliability, packaging, test, product, and vendor teams to optimize device performance, cycle time, stability, productivity, and equipment uptime. Lead cross-functional efforts, manage multiple schedules, communicate project status, and support technology ramp from development into high-volume manufacturing.

Select, install, maintain, and improve metrology and manufacturing equipment; diagnose equipment performance and reliability issues; define preventative maintenance; support repair and process engineering; increase uptime and document equipment maintenance activities in a semiconductor manufacturing environment.

Lead strategy and execution to improve AI and search visibility (GEO/AEO). Track visibility scores, define new performance metrics, run tests, analyze results, and present actionable recommendations while coordinating cross-functional teams to improve findability.

As a Photolithography Process Development Engineer, you will develop and optimize photolithography processes for advanced semiconductor manufacturing, focusing on 20nm-class technologies, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure performance and yield targets are met.

Support and improve diffusion and single-wafer manufacturing processes for 300mm analog fabs. Implement process improvements, perform lot/equipment dispositions, support ramps and experiments, analyze data, and resolve process/equipment issues to improve yield, cost, efficiency, and quality.

Design, develop, and maintain automated test programs and ATE hardware for battery-gauge and power-management ICs. Perform silicon characterization, failure analysis, yield and test-time optimization, and support product release to volume production while collaborating with firmware, product engineering, and manufacturing.
