Design, deploy, and operate secure cloud environments (AWS GovCloud/Azure Government), implement IaC and automation, apply STIGs/CIS benchmarks, ensure compliance with NIST/FedRAMP/DoD regulations, monitor threats, support incident response, and provide cloud security guidance across teams.

Manage new product introduction and production support for semiconductor products at wafer probe and test. Analyze yield issues, setup failures, and production problems; collaborate with product engineering and cross-functional teams on test, hardware, and process improvements. Lead productivity initiatives, new test system buyoffs, tool and process introductions, qualification, and change management approvals. Support new product releases and drive yield, cost, and test-time improvements.

Lead semiconductor manufacturing quality event management, resolve process excursions, and manage out-of-control and out-of-specification material dispositions. Own statistical factory control, improve process stability and yield, optimize chamber and tool matching, and reduce cycle time and work-in-process wait time. Implement smart manufacturing and automation solutions, maximize capacity utilization, train process engineering technicians, create performance reports and visualizations, and document process learnings.

Drive manufacturing ramps and qualifications for new 300mm plasma etch, metrology, and RTP toolsets. Collaborate with quality, process integration, equipment engineering, and vendors to establish stable processes. Execute startup strategies, experiments, engineering change documentation, and change-control approvals. Develop best-known methods, improve manufacturing efficiency, yield, quality, and machine operations, and support new products and cost-reduction initiatives. Perform lot and equipment dispositions to maintain production flow and minimize cycle time in a high-volume wafer fabrication environment.

Develop and implement ATE test plans and hardware for mixed-signal power-management ICs. Characterize and debug silicon on ATE and bench, analyze yield and failure data, optimize test time, support production release, and drive cost-effective, robust test solutions for DCDC converter products.

Prepare complex federal and state corporate income tax returns, support domestic tax compliance (fixed assets, stock compensation, R&D credit), manage tax software inputs and consolidated tie-outs, assist quarterly estimated payments and provisions, research tax technical issues, support tax planning and audits, and lead process improvement initiatives to streamline tax functions.

The Talent Development Business Partner will lead talent strategies, conduct organizational analysis, and enhance talent development programs while collaborating with senior leaders and HR partners.

Work with AMHS, AMRs, AGVs and robotic systems to select, install, maintain, and improve semiconductor manufacturing equipment. Design custom automation solutions, increase uptime through preventative maintenance and reliability programs, support repair/process teams, and align with Smart Manufacturing initiatives to optimize factory operations.

Oversee development and implementation of design retargeting for semiconductor layouts, ensuring manufacturability and yield. Collaborate on OPC and lithographic processes, provide feedback to customers, and mentor junior engineers.

Perform digital failure analysis and root-cause diagnosis on silicon using DFT/ATPG data, scan diagnostics, and targeted physical analysis. Debug VLSI designs, correlate electrical characterization with netlist/layout, and collaborate cross-functionally to improve yield and release products. Own product yield issues for 10–20% of role.
