Supports Workday HCM, time-tracking, and learning management systems; resolves HRIS tickets; assists with releases, testing, implementations, documentation, process improvements, automation, and reporting. Analyzes sensitive HR data, validates records, identifies trends and inaccuracies, and provides recommendations to stakeholders and end users.

Lead enterprise compensation strategy and programs across multiple business units. Architect pay frameworks, govern merit/bonus/LTI programs, provide market benchmarking and analytics, advise senior leaders on executive pay, and build a high-performing compensation team while improving governance and operational delivery.

Lead cross-departmental strategic initiatives and a team of project managers, coach Agile delivery and value stream practices, manage work intake for digital channels, liaise between business and IT, track Agile metrics/KPIs, and ensure projects deliver on scope, schedule, and budget.

Partner with business stakeholders to define and execute analytical projects: clean and prepare data, build statistical and ML models, create visualizations, deliver actionable insights, and support deployment while mentoring junior analysts.

Use SQL and Databricks to extract, clean, and analyze data; build statistical and machine learning models; create Power BI dashboards and forecasts; run A/B tests; present insights and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive data-driven decisions.

Lead and supervise a team of staff accountants to prepare, review, and reconcile financial statements, journal entries, invoices, and month-end schedules in accordance with US GAAP. Manage close process, support budgeting and cost center setup, delegate ad-hoc reports, and develop strong cross-functional relationships while mentoring staff.

Manage multiple moderately complex projects end-to-end, coordinate plans and stakeholders, track budgets, mentor associate PMs, handle team logistics, resolve conflicts, and define success measures to ensure internal customer satisfaction.
