Leads accounting staff, oversees close processes, journal entries, reconciliations, financial statements, investor reporting, capital activity, valuations, audits, and tax support. Ensures accurate reporting, strengthens internal controls, supports fund launches, and improves workflows through automation. Requires CPA certification, private equity and public accounting experience, partnership accounting expertise, and supervisory capabilities.

The role requires discretion, strong organization, excellent communication, Microsoft Office proficiency, AI and technology fluency, and the ability to manage competing priorities with minimal supervision.

Underwrite CMBS loans and properties, monitor portfolio credit metrics and performance, assess market and economic risks, coordinate with servicers, prepare portfolio reviews and recurring reports, and support reporting automation and process improvements.
