Responsibilities include lead qualification, outreach, solutions customization, and collaboration with internal teams while tracking metrics and market trends.

The Account Executive will engage traditional property owners, conduct outreach, build relationships, deliver tailored value propositions, and close deals to onboard hosts.

Lead PadSplit’s brand and creative function as a player-coach: set creative vision, manage and mentor designers and partners, build scalable creative operations, drive high-performing marketing campaigns, embed creative cross-functionally, use customer insights and AI to measure and improve creative performance, and strengthen brand consistency to support acquisition and trust.

Sell PadSplit hosting to traditional property owners by prospecting, qualifying, conducting discovery calls, delivering tailored value propositions, negotiating and closing deals, coordinating onboarding, tracking CRM metrics, and running education sessions to grow shared-housing inventory.

Lead enterprise data and AI strategy, unify BI, analytics, and ML teams, prioritize ML initiatives, govern data platform health and responsible AI, partner cross-functionally to deliver measurable business outcomes, and advise executives on AI adoption and technology choices.
