Coordinates escrow and home-closing activities by maintaining sales and closing records, auditing agreements, managing contract documentation, scheduling inspections and settlements, updating JDE and tracking systems, distributing closing communications, preparing FHA approval documents, and organizing settlement folders. Builds custom applications, workflows, integrations, scripts, portals, user experiences, and Playbooks while supporting ServiceNow AI capabilities.
