The Internet Sales Coordinator generates and maintains sales pipelines through online inquiries, engaging customers, providing information, and coordinating with the Marketing team.

Manage accounts payable functions including coding and submitting invoices, vendor setup and file maintenance, utility bill processing, preparing checks and payment registers, reconciling past-due invoices, resolving payment discrepancies, and meeting weekly and month-end deadlines.

Partner with LTG leadership and cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements, document current/future workflows, support governance and delivery modernization, analyze metrics, drive change management, and maintain CI repository and stakeholder engagement.

Lead IT category strategic sourcing and supplier management for technology goods and services. Drive sourcing strategies, RFP/RFI processes, contract negotiations, cost reduction, vendor performance improvement, stakeholder engagement, and procure-to-pay optimization. Analyze spend data, lead cross-functional sourcing projects, and ensure compliance with IT standards and corporate procurement policies.

Create, execute, and optimize email marketing campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud and LiveClicker. Coordinate with local divisions and agencies, run A/B and multivariate tests, report performance, and recommend strategies to improve campaign results. Maintain compliance with CAN-SPAM and email best practices while compiling and sharing eMarketing best practices company-wide.
