The Legal Counsel handles pre-litigation and minor litigation matters, conducts legal research, and supports business teams in resolving issues while developing legal judgment under guidance.

Lead design, deployment, administration, and optimization of enterprise collaboration platforms (Microsoft 365, Teams, Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Zoom, Box, Slack). Manage on-prem AD and Azure AD/Entra hybrid identity, identity governance, authentication (SSO/MFA), Azure AD Connect, and enterprise AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT Enterprise). Provide technical leadership, documentation, integrations, troubleshooting, mentoring, and cross-team collaboration to ensure security, availability, and compliance.

Manage organic social content for 3-4 divisions across Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube and Google Business. Manage Intune, VDI (AVD/Citrix/VMware), endpoint security (Defender, BitLocker, DLP), patching (MECM/SCCM), scripting/automation, and enterprise AI tool administration. Collaborate with security, network, and application teams, maintain documentation/runbooks, and troubleshoot authentication, device, and collaboration issues.

Support general accounting (fixed assets, leases, inventory, accruals, allocations); prepare journal entries and reconciliations; assist month/quarter/year-end close; support audits; drive process optimization and automation; collaborate with FP&A, Procurement, Treasury, Internal Audit, and other stakeholders.

Manage accounts payable processes: code and submit invoices, set up vendors and utility billing, prepare payment registers and checks, reconcile past-due invoices, resolve payment discrepancies, and meet weekly and month-end deadlines.

Provide hands-on support and implementation of network and cloud telephony systems. Assist with deployment of routers, switches, firewalls, SD-WAN, and cloud connectivity. Support and optimize Webex and Vonage contact center platforms, perform Tier 2 24x7 on-call troubleshooting, monitor performance, assist with upgrades/migrations, maintain documentation, and contribute to automation and process improvements.
