Monitors agent and customer transactions for suspicious activity, investigates potential AML violations, and determines whether SAR filings are required. Collaborates with internal teams and authorities, supports customer risk ratings, ensures BSA/AML compliance, reviews SAR quality, prepares investigative reports, maintains case tracking, and assists with AML controls, training, and special projects.

Manages relationships with money-transfer agents, executes and negotiates foreign exchange rates, commissions, and fees, analyzes competitor pricing, supports transactions, resolves issues, and drives transaction volume and revenue. Partners with field and internal sales teams while providing account support and developing new business. Requires bilingual English and Spanish communication, mathematical reasoning, Excel proficiency, and evening and weekend availability.

Lead development and execution of pricing strategy and roadmap. Partner with Marketing, Sales, Finance, Operations and IT to prioritize pricing activities, deliver country- and segment-level gross margin forecasting, competitive pricing analyses, market monitoring, and drive margin and profit improvements while setting team standards and ensuring execution.
