Process weekly and semi-monthly multi-state payroll for 1,200+ employees, manage time and direct deposit submissions, prepare withholding reports and payments, handle payroll issues, verify changes/new hires, produce payroll reports for finance, and support construction-specific payroll tasks including prevailing wage and temp time entry.

Support the Project Manager by coordinating shop drawings, submittals, purchasing/POs, and document control. Track and update weekly manpower schedules and projection vs. actual charts. Provide technical support to field teams, oversee quality assurance activities, and coordinate across departments and contractors to minimize delays and rework.

Process and reconcile procurement credit card and petty cash transactions, enter and track purchase orders, maintain PO/invoice records and logs, support Parts and Accounting teams, process Staples orders, provide receptionist backup, and offer general procurement department support.

Track and monitor purchase orders, shipments, and delivery schedules; coordinate logistics between procurement, warehouse, and project teams. Communicate with vendors to resolve issues, maintain accurate records in ERP/project tracking systems (e.g., Viewpoint), identify and mitigate delays or shortages, and support continuous improvement in procurement operations.

Lead evaluation, pilot testing, and integration of emerging construction technologies. Coordinate cross-functional teams, validate solutions, report findings, and drive continuous improvement and vendor evaluations.

Deploy and improve the Product Quality Plan, own KPIs for customer satisfaction and process performance, investigate and resolve customer complaints, lead root cause corrective actions, conduct audits, train staff and suppliers, implement core quality tools and advanced quality planning to reduce cost of poor quality and ensure compliance with QMS standards.

Serve as initial contact for employee complaints and labor relations inquiries, conduct intake interviews, gather information on allegations or performance issues, advise on policies and refer complex matters, support development of proactive employee relations practices, and partner with leadership to promote engagement and resolve conflicts.
