Leads third-shift Network Operations Center activities, supervising engineers and technicians while monitoring network infrastructure, alarms, and customer services. Assigns and tracks incidents, manages escalations, ensures SLA and MTTR adherence, coordinates with engineering, field operations, and vendors, and maintains shift handover documentation. The role supports troubleshooting of telecommunications, routing, switching, voice, and network devices; contributes to root-cause analysis, change management, post-incident reviews, training, and process improvement.

Monitors and supports Conterra’s network infrastructure in a network operations center. Troubleshoots data, voice, VoIP, switching, routing, firewall, and transmission issues; manages incidents, escalations, customer communications, documentation, SLA and MTTR adherence, alarms, testing, firmware upgrades, and change-management impact assessments. Collaborates with field operations, NOC technicians, third-party partners, and management, provides on-call support, and assists with training.

Leads B2B demand generation and integrated marketing campaigns across digital, email, content, social, events, webinars, and sales support. Manages external agencies, vendors, budgets, timelines, brand consistency, and cross-functional stakeholder relationships. Partners with Sales and Commercial Operations to drive lead generation, pipeline growth, attribution, and revenue outcomes. Tracks campaign performance, ROI, conversion rates, and pipeline contribution while recommending optimization opportunities.

Owns commercial reporting, executive dashboards, KPI governance, data stewardship, and performance analytics across Sales, Marketing, Operations, Product, and Finance. The role analyzes pipeline, forecasting, conversion, retention, campaign, and revenue data; establishes reporting standards and data quality controls; and translates complex findings into executive recommendations. It is a senior individual contributor position requiring strong Power BI, Salesforce, Excel, commercial analytics, stakeholder management, and executive communication skills.

Cultivate and expand B2B relationships with enterprise accounts across an assigned territory. Prospect daily, develop sales pipelines, assess opportunities, manage multiple transactions, understand local network assets, and serve as the primary customer contact. The role requires developing new business, expanding existing accounts, coordinating with sales engineering and business development teams, resolving customer issues, and frequently traveling throughout the territory.

Provisions, configures, tests, and activates enterprise voice services, including Hosted Voice, SIP trunking, analog services, number portability, and customer-premises equipment. Reviews telecom documentation, supports customer turn-ups, troubleshoots provisioning issues, coordinates escalations with carriers and internal teams, maintains accurate system records, and communicates project status, risks, dependencies, and customer impacts.

Owns and supports general accounting, month-end close, reconciliations, journal entries, income statement analysis, treasury activities, audit support, AP and payment processes, and accounting process improvements. The role partners with accounting leadership, researches complex transactions, maintains recurring schedules, supports financial reporting accuracy, and uses ERP, reporting, automation, and AI-enabled tools.
