Lead as a chief-of-staff-style Principal Program/Project Manager supporting National Security Group leadership: translate priorities into plans, drive Rhythm of Business, coordinate cross-functional workstreams, track milestones and risks, support executive communications, process improvement, and ensure follow-through in a fast-paced, on-site environment.

Monitor and optimize resource allocation, implement backup/recovery, conduct capacity planning, respond to incidents, document environments, and support compliance. Provide senior-level project and operational leadership for virtualized infrastructure in a government environment.

Provide Tier 3 support for a 24x7 Network Operations Center: troubleshoot and maintain LAN/MAN/WAN/optical networks, monitor availability, perform maintenance, mitigate network risks, and support voice/video collaboration services for the intelligence community.

Design, engineer, and sustain complex enterprise IT and mission systems for USSTRATCOM using digital mission engineering and MBSE. Provide TDL support, implement and optimize CI/CD pipelines, perform systems architecture and design (logic, I/O, model formulation), integrate operating systems and management tools, decompose requirements, and produce engineering documentation, standards, and processes.

Design and produce Cisco-based collaboration quotes and solutions for federal customers. Use Cisco specialized tools to create documentation, perform functional systems design, integrate CUCM and collaboration products, and support network operations in voice environments.

Design, build, and sustain USSTRATCOM's secure enterprise network; develop and maintain UAF models and architectural designs; evaluate and implement network modernization technologies; lead technical reviews and brief leadership; ensure alignment with enterprise architecture and security requirements.
