Field-based sales role responsible for new client acquisition and account growth in workers' compensation/claims-related services. Develop territory plans, manage pipeline via CRM, travel frequently for face-to-face meetings and events, represent the company, meet sales quotas, and collaborate across teams while ensuring compliance and continuous professional development.

Provide front-desk reception and administrative support while traveling between clinic locations: greet and check in examinees, answer phones, prepare charts, escort examinees, assist staff and Clinic Director, maintain lobby organization, monitor schedules, and participate in training. Schedule provided six weeks in advance.

Serve as primary contact for clients, physicians, and internal teams; handle inquiries, enter and verify data, track and file cases, coordinate with QA and providers, perform clerical duties, ensure regulatory compliance and confidentiality, and support timely case resolution.

Lead and execute investor relations strategy: prepare earnings materials, support guidance, run earnings calls, engage investors and analysts, analyze ownership and market trends, coordinate roadshows and investor events, advise leadership and Board on shareholder sentiment and valuation, and support ESG/governance initiatives.

Provide remote client and provider support for claims-related inquiries; perform data entry, tracking, documentation, filing, and clerical tasks; maintain QA contact and case status; ensure HIPAA compliance and confidentiality; assist with customer complaints and report issues.

Position requires travel from a Sacramento base, paid travel time, and mileage reimbursement.

Schedule and confirm medical examinations with physicians, clients, and examinees; coordinate ancillary services, arrange lodging/transportation, prepare notifications, process records and invoices, and provide administrative support across offices.

Sell and expand ExamWorks/Prizm services within the medical-legal and claims market. Identify and engage new clients, manage accounts, develop proposals and presentations, represent the company at tradeshows, resolve client concerns, assist physician recruiting, analyze market/competition, and report sales results to leadership.

Handle client and provider inquiries, enter and track data in systems, maintain documentation and case files, coordinate with QA and other departments, assist with clerical tasks, and ensure compliance with regulatory and company standards.
