Account Executive responsible for acquiring new clients, managing and expanding existing accounts, developing territory plans, forecasting sales, and meeting revenue targets. The role requires frequent travel throughout New York for client visits, prospecting, and sales events. Responsibilities include CRM management, competitive analysis, presentations, cross-functional collaboration, client issue resolution, and compliance with company standards.

Operationalize and manage enterprise governance across AI, automation, data, analytics, and product investments. Own policies, standards, exceptions, committee operations, maturity tracking, stakeholder requirements, business cases, data catalog and lineage tools, risk scoring, security controls, training, and leadership reporting. The role requires business analysis, data governance, AI risk assessment, regulatory awareness, requirements translation, Agile delivery, and collaboration with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Handles client inquiries, case status updates, and communications through email, portals, and phone. Performs accurate data entry, tracking, documentation, database maintenance, clerical organization, and complaint resolution while following regulatory standards, including HIPAA. Requires professional communication, confidentiality, strong computer skills, typing accuracy, independent prioritization, and teamwork in a fast-paced onsite office environment.

Provides in-office administrative and clerical support, including reception, multi-line phone coverage, mail and package handling, meeting and travel coordination, document preparation, filing, office supply purchasing, inventory tracking, exam room upkeep, and customer concern resolution. Requires accurate communication, confidentiality, independent prioritization, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and office equipment.

Lead regional business development to identify and grow client relationships, increase referrals and revenue, collaborate with account teams, represent the company at industry events, analyze market/competition, deliver presentations, and provide regular reporting to sales leadership.

Sell and expand ExamWorks/Prizm services within the medical-legal and claims market. Identify and engage new clients, manage accounts, develop proposals and presentations, represent the company at tradeshows, resolve client concerns, assist physician recruiting, analyze market/competition, and report sales results to leadership.

Coordinate and schedule independent medical examinations using IME Centric or office systems; confirm appointments, obtain records, prepare charts and notifications, arrange ancillary services and travel, handle communications and billing issues, and provide office support.

Lead and execute investor relations strategy: prepare earnings materials, support guidance, run earnings calls, engage investors and analysts, analyze ownership and market trends, coordinate roadshows and investor events, advise leadership and Board on shareholder sentiment and valuation, and support ESG/governance initiatives.

Lead a billing and collections team for IME/insurance claim accounts, ensuring timely invoicing, aging account management, dispute resolution, audits, and compliance with client contracts and company policies. Provide supervision, training, workflow oversight, reporting, and clerical support to maintain billing accuracy and collections performance.

Lead marketing strategy and execution for the IME business unit, including annual plans and budgets, market and competitor analysis, email and social campaigns, event planning, sales support, content creation, and monthly reporting to senior leadership.
