The Support Manager delivers technical support, oversees team performance, resolves complex issues, and collaborates with IT teams to enhance customer service. Key responsibilities include managing support processes, leading projects, and training staff.

Manage and grow relationships with assigned insurance agents through outbound/inbound calls, training, onboarding, and collaboration with field teams.
