Own and improve the corporate long-range financial model; produce integrated forecasts, scenario analyses, and executive reporting. Reconcile forecasts to actuals, investigate variances, partner with Accounting, Treasury, Investor Relations and operational leaders, and prepare monthly, quarterly, and board-level reporting and dashboards.

Leads multidisciplinary design projects for data center expansions, retrofits, upgrades, and infrastructure initiatives from concept through construction, commissioning, turnover, and closeout. Requires strong technical judgment, project coordination, communication, and experience with mission-critical facility design and construction.

Lead general accounting functions including month-end/quarter/annual close, revenue (ASC 606) and lease (ASC 842) accounting, SOX compliance, technical accounting research, financial analysis, and supervision and development of general accounting staff. Support audits, implement controls and system improvements, and partner with finance and business teams to ensure accurate financial reporting under U.S. GAAP.
