The role requires independent work, relationship building, public speaking, consultative selling, and knowledge of veterans’ benefits, Social Security, and end-of-life planning.

Greet visitors, answer and route phone calls, assist customers with questions or issues, manage incoming/outgoing mail and courier scheduling, and provide information about departments, offices, employees, and services.
