The Network Engineer II designs, deploys, and maintains core network infrastructure, troubleshoots issues, and collaborates for property upgrades.

Serve as first point of contact for customers via phone, email, and chat; troubleshoot connectivity and hardware, perform remote diagnostics, escalate unresolved issues, update documentation and status, de-escalate irate customers, meet performance benchmarks, support outage messaging/website updates, assist NOC scheduling, and participate in training.
