Identify prospects, call on owners virtually and in person, meet sales targets, complete bid paperwork, and facilitate new-client onboarding while building long-term residual income and partnerships.

Serve as a strategic HR advisor for assigned multi-state clients, building senior relationships, advising on compliance, employee relations, benefits, performance management, and organizational strategy. Drive client retention and growth, analyze HR metrics, deliver training, collaborate with internal centers of excellence, lead projects, pilot tools, and support sales and client implementation efforts.

Lead strategy, design, and execution of companywide sales talent development, enablement, and certification programs. Align learning to sales processes, assess skill gaps, adopt innovative and AI-enabled training tools, measure program ROI, partner cross-functionally, and develop sales leaders and teams to improve productivity and readiness.

Provide benefits administration support for clients using the benefits module in iSolved. Manage benefits communications, training, vendor integrations, ACA reporting, and process improvements. Act as SME for TES product offerings, audit plan setups, support onboarding, and liaise with vendors and internal teams to ensure timely enrollments and client satisfaction.

Manage and coach SDR/BDR team to meet revenue and market-share goals. Develop and execute sales initiatives, campaigns, prospect lists, reporting, training, and cross-functional collaboration to drive lead generation, program performance, and customer satisfaction.
