The role involves virtual and in-person sales, consultative relationship building, and developing long-term client partnerships.

Process accurate, timely payroll for high-volume small- to medium-sized clients. Review and balance client payroll data, analyze and distribute payroll reports, ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, troubleshoot issues, advise and educate clients, and build strong stakeholder relationships that support client retention and growth.

Builds and maintains trusted relationships with business clients, leads service strategy planning, coordinates delivery across teams, facilitates client reviews, resolves concerns, develops action plans, and promotes Insperity products and applications. The role supports client retention and growth through consultative service, education, stakeholder collaboration, and client advocacy.

Implement payroll and related services for new clients by reviewing, entering, balancing, and processing payroll data. Ensure accurate and timely payroll implementation across multiple states and localities, maintain compliance with applicable regulations, analyze payroll reports, distribute results to clients, and support client relationships while coordinating with internal partners.

Sell Insperity’s HR services and technology to small and midsized businesses. Build relationships with business owners and C-suite executives, develop referral networks, conduct virtual and in-person sales presentations, achieve management-defined sales goals, complete bid paperwork, and facilitate onboarding for new clients. The role offers training, mentorship, marketing support, uncapped commissions, and residual income.

Owns Insperity’s brand strategy, positioning, messaging, advertising performance, and brand standards. Analyzes campaign data, establishes KPIs, identifies optimization opportunities, and presents recommendations to leadership. Manages external advertising and media agency relationships, partners with creative leadership, evaluates creative execution, monitors market trends and competitors, and identifies brand partnership opportunities. The role also incorporates AI tools into research, competitive analysis, and performance insights.
