Serve as the operational owner of the client experience for employer ICHRA programs: lead onboarding and training, provide strategic and operational guidance, monitor client health and retention risk, deliver operational insights, advocate client needs internally, and lead escalations to ensure timely resolution.

Manage and grow relationships with broker partners and employer clients using ICHRA. Drive retention, expansion, and renewals through account plans, business reviews, trainings, and contract negotiations. Monitor account health, report on metrics, resolve client issues, collaborate cross-functionally, and mentor junior team members to meet revenue and retention goals.

Own and improve the revenue tech stack and CRM hygiene (HubSpot), design and deploy AI agents and automation to reduce manual work, build leadership dashboards and forecasting analytics, document systems and processes, and enable adoption across Sales, Marketing, and Account Management to scale revenue operations.

The Business Development Manager will expand ICHRA adoption through partnerships, manage relationships with consulting firms, and generate leads, contributing to sales growth.
