Provide front-desk and administrative support: answer and route calls, inform applicants, greet visitors, manage mail, maintain linen order paperwork and filing, scan and send invoices, and follow office procedures. Bilingual English/Spanish communication required. Reports to HR Manager.

Supports the Talent Acquisition team by coordinating job postings, interview scheduling, candidate communications, applicant tracking system updates, recruitment reporting, and pre-employment checks. Maintains accurate Workday records, prepares interview and offer materials, coordinates onboarding handoffs, and ensures compliant recruiting documentation. The role also provides administrative support across a multi-site organization and requires occasional facility travel.

Manages client relationships and serves as the primary customer contact for assigned healthcare accounts. Responsibilities include inventory and linen utilization monitoring, site visits, audits, client education, business reviews, issue resolution, data entry, reporting, presentations, retention, and identifying add-on sales opportunities. The role collaborates with plant management, supports installations, responds to client communications, and travels throughout the assigned territory while following facility PPE and safety protocols.

Lead day-to-day plant operations for healthcare linen and medical instrument production. Ensure production targets, cost control, safety, quality, inventory accuracy, and on-time delivery. Drive continuous improvement (Lean/Six Sigma), manage budgets and labor efficiency, enforce compliance (OSHA, GMP/QSR), and develop supervisors and frontline teams while partnering across Sales, Customer Service, engineering, and distribution.

Oversee scale operations: probe, weigh, and classify linen; accurately enter customer data; coordinate loading of outbound trucks; enforce safety protocols; identify hazards; support assigned projects and tasks.

Serve as primary customer contact to build and maintain client relationships for healthcare linen services. Manage inventory and par levels, conduct site visits, audits, and client education, enter and analyze data in internal systems, respond promptly to client issues, and support sales and new business installations.

Provide administrative HR support across recruiting, onboarding, training, recordkeeping, employee relations, safety coordination, internal communications, and employee engagement. Serve as a primary HR contact for employees and supervisors and help ensure accurate HR data and positive employee experiences from hire through separation.
