The Talent Strategy Enablement Leader in North America plays a key role in operationalizing talent management strategies, tools, and processes to build a strong pipeline of talent for the business. Responsibilities include providing talent management thought leadership, driving standardization of talent processes, consulting on talent review preparations, and evaluating talent program outcomes.

Lead large-scale and complex analysis and executing initiatives, including acquisitions, divestitures, and other Network Design/Footprint Execution activities on a Global basis.
