Oversee design and construction of waste treatment systems for semiconductor facilities, ensuring compliance with regulations and project specifications. Manage third-party design firms and collaborate with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Lead a multidisciplinary team to architect, prototype, and evaluate system-level memory and storage platforms (CXL, DDR, HBM, NVMe, FPGA) for AI infrastructure. Drive technical execution of multi-year programs, partner with software/modeling teams, manage vendors and standards engagement, oversee lab bring-up, validation, budgeting, and mentor senior engineers to inform roadmap decisions.

Lead and drive DRAM technology transfer projects for assigned fab areas, coordinating PE/PIE/ME and stakeholders to meet NPI milestones, yield, quality, safety, and production ramp targets. Mentor engineers and recommend site initiatives to improve performance and readiness.

Design and analyze digital and analog DRAM circuits for advanced HBM products, performing simulation, optimization, floorplanning, and trade-off analysis for timing, power, and area. Evaluate block- and full-chip functionality, perform architectural pathfinding, and collaborate with design and verification teams to ensure correctness and performance of next-generation HBM designs.

Lead supplier relationships and performance for an assigned category. Develop and implement sourcing strategies, negotiate pricing/contracts, analyze market and cost data, run supplier business reviews, ensure compliance, and partner cross-functionally to drive cost, quality, and supply continuity.

Design and optimize DRAM memory circuits from gate-level to full-chip, lead schematic block development, run advanced SPICE/Verilog simulations, drive power/speed/area tradeoffs, and collaborate cross-functionally on design rules, device requirements, and silicon validation.
