Provides strategic legal counsel to technology and business teams on complex intellectual property and technology licensing transactions. Drafts and negotiates licensing, joint development, research, software, technology transfer, government, M&A, and related IP agreements. Advises on IP protection, government-funded research, policies, data security, open source, and contract compliance while partnering with engineering, leadership, and M&A teams.

Resolve reticle, OPC, metrology, and process integration issues; lead technical improvement projects; evaluate tool and process performance; standardize best-known methods; and apply automation, AI-enabled workflows, and analytics to improve quality, throughput, cycle time, and cost. Mentor engineers and support scalable high-volume manufacturing and technology transfer.

Leads strategic finance transformation and AI programs from scope definition through delivery. Coordinates cross-functional teams, timelines, resources, risks, change management, user acceptance testing, training, process improvement, and executive communications. Partners with finance leadership to resolve issues, support key decisions, ensure operational readiness, and deliver successful business outcomes using Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

Analyze current and next-generation DRAM technologies across electrical, thermal, power, and performance dimensions. Identify design gaps, evaluate cost and efficiency tradeoffs, and provide recommendations influencing memory architecture and product strategy. Partner with architecture, firmware, validation, hardware, and business teams to drive alignment. Use AI tools for modeling and data analysis while providing technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance through Micron’s Technical Leadership Program.

Develop and maintain responsive web applications supporting semiconductor manufacturing operations. Translate business requirements into secure, user-friendly workflows; integrate APIs, databases, and enterprise data services; implement authentication and role-based access controls; and contribute across the software lifecycle from design through deployment and sustainment. Collaborate with manufacturing, quality, engineering, and data teams while using Agile and Git-based workflows. The role also supports AI enablement and continuous improvements in software quality, productivity, and decision-making.

Drives continuous improvement across semiconductor fab support systems, including pumps, abatement systems, chillers, and related infrastructure. Analyzes reliability, maintenance, downtime, and equipment performance data; optimizes preventative maintenance; develops metrics and dashboards; coordinates upgrades and reliability projects; resolves recurring issues; and standardizes best-known methods to improve safety, quality, cost, output, and operational performance.

Optimize and develop pump, abatement, and chiller equipment used in semiconductor manufacturing. Diagnose complex equipment issues, improve yield, quality, productivity, cost, and risk, and apply failure analysis, FMEA, 8D, SPC/FDC, automation, coding, machine learning, and JMP scripting. Coordinate equipment evaluations, develop procedures and action plans, manage bottleneck risks, and lead cross-functional implementation of equipment improvements.

Supports semiconductor wafer manufacturing by monitoring and setting up processing tools, conducting technical evaluations and experiments, troubleshooting issues, analyzing process data, and identifying yield and quality improvements. Collaborates with engineering and production teams in remote operations and cleanroom environments, guides operators, follows safety and manufacturing procedures, and creates data visualizations to support R&D and production activities.
