Install, qualify, maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize diffusion equipment in a semiconductor cleanroom. Analyze equipment performance, support preventative and corrective maintenance, resolve production issues with process engineers, close equipment hardware gaps through projects, document improvements, and manage vendor relationships to improve performance, quality, efficiency, and yield. Conduct market and competitive research, define product positioning, identify generative AI use cases, and lead go-to-market initiatives, launches, campaigns, sales enablement, and customer-focused content. Collaborate with sales, engineering, architecture, product management, and applications teams; manage marketing budgets, vendors, and partner relationships.

Connects manufacturing, supply chain, engineering, production, and technology development teams to manage wafer starts, outs, inventory, cycle time, and line performance. The role collaborates with architecture, design, verification, and product engineering teams.

Leads signal integrity pathfinding for high-speed memory and die-to-die interfaces. Owns interconnect modeling, electromagnetic and transmission-line analysis, substrate and packaging evaluation, channel and I/O co-optimization, design rule development, link budgeting, and simulation-to-silicon correlation. Collaborates across electrical, chip, packaging, and systems teams while authoring modeling methodologies, analysis reports, and design specifications. Requires deep hands-on experience with field solvers, circuit simulation, and hardware measurement tools.

Lead DRAM process node startup, qualification, yield optimization, and ramp. Provide process integration guidance, run electrical failure analysis, prioritize yield issues with cross-functional teams, and apply data-driven methods to improve product performance and manufacturability.

Lead shift-based thin films process development and wafer flow, manage and mentor engineers, partner with process/integration/equipment teams, ensure data quality and resolve yield/defect issues, and drive operational improvements using data science and AI-enabled approaches.

Develops, optimizes, installs, qualifies, and sustains wet process equipment for advanced DRAM manufacturing. Partners with vendors, R&D, process engineering, and manufacturing teams to resolve hardware issues, complete tool upgrades, analyze performance data, and transfer processes into high-volume production. The role requires hands-on semiconductor equipment expertise, problem-solving, data analysis, and experience with spin clean and drying systems.
