Support project managers by scheduling, tracking tasks, maintaining documentation, coordinating stakeholders, monitoring budgets, reporting status, identifying risks, and facilitating communication to ensure projects meet scope, schedule, and budget.

Create photometric layouts and lighting calculations to support proposals and projects, ensure code and energy compliance, recommend fixtures and layouts, collaborate with sales and project teams, maintain documentation, and support value engineering and design reviews.

Prepare accurate estimates and material quotes for electrical construction projects, coordinate with sales, contractors, and manufacturers, produce lighting submittals, track pricing, expedite quotes, and communicate across departments to transition projects to Project Management while providing excellent customer service.

Manage strategic accounts for lighting projects: interpret plans, perform Bluebeam takeoffs, coordinate vendors and pre-construction, prepare pricing/submittals, manage changes, ensure project closeout and client satisfaction.

Perform detailed power system studies (load flow, short-circuit, transient stability, arc flash, protection coordination), build and validate grid models, develop relay settings, troubleshoot system issues, ensure compliance with IEEE/ANSI/NERC/NEC, prepare technical reports, mentor junior engineers, and support utility-scale transmission and distribution projects.

Lead strategy and execution to grow institutional and public sector sales. Develop target lists, pursue bids/RFPs, establish repeatable pricing and compliance processes, support operating companies with training and deal execution, build relationships with procurement officials, track pipeline and performance, and report to executive leadership.

Support daily HR operations including onboarding (I-9, background checks), maintaining HRIS and personnel files, benefits administration, recruiting support, compliance with employment laws, workers' compensation coordination, HR reporting, training tracking, and employee engagement activities. Provide administrative and project support to HR leadership and respond to employee inquiries.

Coordinate day-to-day activities for assigned strategic customer accounts, manage proposals/quotations, maintain CRM and documentation, transition awarded projects into production, communicate across departments, monitor project progress, and support continuous improvement to ensure customer commitments are met.
