Administers and maintains Esri GIS applications and ArcGIS Enterprise components supporting the USGS National Map. Troubleshoots Windows 11 and Windows Server environments, applies security updates, addresses client-system vulnerabilities, and follows configuration management and version-control standards. The role also requires understanding GIS workflows and datasets, managing multiple assignments independently in a remote environment, and communicating effectively with stakeholders.

Automate workflows, build dashboards, integrate models with analytic platforms, and collaborate with analysts and leadership to ensure methodological rigor and transparency.

Evaluate and validate AI-enabled GEOINT capabilities using operational electro-optical imagery. Design analytic methodologies and validation frameworks, analyze sensor/phenomenology impacts on algorithm performance, exploit EO imagery to assess algorithm outputs, and help NGA accredit mission-ready AI systems.

Design, refine, and operationalize geospatial analytic models to bring structure and defensibility to GEOINT. Extract, transform, and structure complex datasets using Python and SQL, integrate models with ArcGIS, automate workflows, build dashboards, and ensure GEOINT tradecraft integrity and transparency in scoring frameworks.

Develop and manage infrastructure dashboards, reports, and metrics for system performance and operational health. Administer Linux and Windows enterprise environments, support virtualized infrastructure, and use scripting, configuration management, and automation to streamline recurring processes. Monitor systems, troubleshoot issues, analyze operational data, improve reliability, and communicate technical findings and recommendations to stakeholders supporting USGS geospatial operations.

Maintain and improve enterprise GIS geodatabase infrastructure supporting Marine Corps intelligence operations. Responsibilities include optimizing geodatabase performance, managing geospatial data across multiple schemas and classified networks, enhancing data ingest/export workflows, strengthening backup and recovery, implementing security hardening, resolving vulnerabilities, and troubleshooting complex database issues.

Support the Marine Corps Intelligence Activity’s enterprise geospatial architecture. Improve ESRI geodatabase performance, data ingest and export workflows, backup and recovery, schema integration, security hardening, vulnerability remediation, and advanced troubleshooting across classified networks. The role requires extensive GIS and ESRI enterprise geodatabase experience, Oracle expertise, active TS/SCI clearance, a bachelor’s degree with 12 years of relevant experience, and required cybersecurity, DBA, and ESRI certifications.

Transform analytical models into interactive GEOINT visualizations and analyst-facing interfaces, streamline production workflows, identify trends and insights, and operationalize geospatial data using Python, SQL, GIS tools, version control, and dashboarding frameworks to support mission-critical NGA/USSOCOM operations.
