As a Lead Systems Engineer supporting the United States Census Bureau’s (USCB) Geography Division (GEO), you will be joining XTS’s mission-ready, efficient, and collaborative team supporting the Census Transformation and Application Modernization (CenTAM). Skills and Qualifications
To be considered for this role, the desired candidate must demonstrate:
- Bachelor’s degree and 15 years of relevant experience
- Relevant experience must demonstrate expertise with cloud environments
- Includes experience working with Oracle databases and SQL proficiency
- Must also include experience with ArcGIS Enterprise and ESRI Suite and familiarity with spatial analysis
- Relevant experience must demonstrate expertise with cloud environments
- Must be a US citizen with ability to obtain Public Trust clearance
- Experience providing technical/management leadership on major tasks or technology assignments
- Establishing goals and plans to meet project objectives
- Ability to provide expert technical knowledge
- Experience directing and controlling activities for a client
- Includes interfacing with senior management and leading client negotiations
- Experience with professional financial management, methods, and staffing to ensure that technical requirements are met.
- Expert Systems Engineering Professional (ESEP) Certification
- Relevant cloud certification (e.g. AWS, Azure, Google)
- Agile certification (e.g. Scrum, SAFe)
