Perform independent FEA and CFD simulations for mechanical components and assemblies: model setup, meshing, solving, and post-processing. Evaluate static/dynamic, thermal, pressure, and flow conditions; produce formal analysis reports; support regulated/quality-critical products; contribute to DFMEA, peer reviews, and simulation standards improvement.

Lead projects from scope definition through delivery by developing plans, schedules, and budgets; coordinating resources and vendors; monitoring progress and risks; ensuring quality and compliance; communicating with stakeholders; and conducting post-project evaluations.

Lead a team of master schedulers and planners to manage production scheduling, forecasting, capacity planning and SIOP for assigned value streams. Deliver product training and technical presentations nationwide for end users, distributors, and internal staff. Develop course content, web-based training, and mentor junior staff. Manage training logistics, product displays, and competitor research. Extensive travel (≈65%+) with in-house sessions during non-travel periods.

Provide phone- and email-based support to established distribution partners: stock checks, order entry, shipment tracking, technical support, complaint resolution, and liaison with manufacturing/planning. Recommend products to meet customer needs, manage follow-up and paperwork, and work within a team; minimal travel (<5%).

Lead strategic supply chain initiatives and NPI sourcing from concept through launch. Manage cross-functional project plans, supplier selection/onboarding, risk mitigation, ERP/system implementations, and an NPI Buyer to ensure supplier readiness, on-time launches, and continuous improvement in a manufacturing environment.

Provide dedicated technical support to executives and C-suite, diagnose and resolve hardware/software/network issues, manage hardware/software installations and updates, operate service desk best practices, onboard new hires, and support manufacturing/production IT both onsite and remotely.

Support compensation and benefits activities including annual merit/variable pay programs, market benchmarking, job evaluations, Workday HCM data management, reporting and analytics, and benefits program administration and communication. Assist on projects, testing, and stakeholder training.

Lead pricing strategy and market intelligence by maintaining pricing databases, conducting margin and competitive analyses, and delivering dashboards and executive recommendations. Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Product, IT and analytics teams to implement price actions, track pricing KPIs, and synthesize market and industry trends to drive profitable commercial decisions.
