Support corporate FP&A by maintaining and automating monthly/quarterly reports, managing HQ SG&A budgets, performing capex analysis and post-audit, producing pricing and profitability reports, building financial models, and partnering with commercial and field teams on margin, mix, forecasting and data accuracy.

Senior individual contributor leading advanced FEA and CFD simulation for mechanical designs. Perform and approve complex analyses (static, dynamic, thermal, FSI), define simulation strategies, produce formal reports, mentor engineers, influence cross-functional decisions, and support regulated, safety-critical product risk assessments.

Lead a team of master schedulers and planners to manage production scheduling, forecasting, capacity planning and SIOP for assigned value streams. Develop planning strategies, KPIs, continuous improvement, cross-functional coordination, reporting, and ensure compliance with processes and material flow requirements.

Lead projects from scope definition through delivery by developing plans, schedules, and budgets; coordinating resources and vendors; monitoring progress and risks; ensuring quality and compliance; communicating with stakeholders; and conducting post-project evaluations.

Responsible for territory sales and business development for U.S. Pipe Valve & Hydrant products. Call on distributors and end users to build specifications, provide training and technical support, manage quotes and bids, forecast sales, support warranty/claims, and represent products at trade organizations and large presentations. Frequent travel and territory coverage required.

Oversee all plant accounting for one large and two small manufacturing locations, manage KPIs, monthly close, forecasting, budgeting, standard cost systems, inventory, capital projects, internal controls and audits, and supervise the finance and accounting team to ensure GAAP compliance and process improvements.

Provide product engineering support for assigned lines, produce CAD drawings, track projects/metrics, develop production tests, coordinate approvals, generate BOMs/process sheets, support manufacturing improvements (Kaizen, Lean, Six Sigma), and collaborate with customers and internal teams on design, cost reduction, and ISO compliance.

Perform independent FEA and CFD simulations for mechanical components and assemblies: model setup, meshing, solving, and post-processing. Evaluate static/dynamic, thermal, pressure, and flow conditions; produce formal analysis reports; support regulated/quality-critical products; contribute to DFMEA, peer reviews, and simulation standards improvement.

Drive strategy and lifecycle for engineered water/infrastructure products: gather VOC, define requirements, lead NPI with R&D, manage launches, pricing, commercialization, and cross-functional coordination with Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, and Sales.

Support compensation and benefits activities including annual merit/variable pay programs, market benchmarking, job evaluations, Workday HCM data management, reporting and analytics, and benefits program administration and communication. Assist on projects, testing, and stakeholder training.
