Create branding, print media, and digital media designs for U.S. Physical Therapy and its nationwide clinics. Collaborate with regional creative and marketing teams on communications, workflows, brainstorming, brand awareness, and promotional strategies. Manage multiple projects, communicate effectively, and use Adobe Creative Suite to deliver creative work across healthcare and clinic settings.

Supports regional HR operations through high-volume HRIS data entry, employee record maintenance, onboarding and offboarding, I-9 and certification compliance, service request management, and field employee support. Coordinates with Payroll, Benefits, Recruiting, IT, and Compliance teams while assisting with HR projects and process improvements. The role requires accurate documentation, timely communication, and effective management of multiple priorities.

Support preparation of SEC filings and company-wide consolidations, maintain disclosure and audit schedules, assist SOX and audit deliverables, analyze variances, research accounting issues, manage employee equity administration, and support process improvements and reporting platform transition.

Provide administrative support to Payroll and HR, assist with bi-weekly payroll processing and timesheet verification, track leaves of absence, maintain HRIS and employee records, own new hire onboarding, respond to payroll and HR inquiries, support reporting and general HR/Payroll administrative tasks, and serve as backup for payroll and leave tracking.

Lead corporate accounting and consolidation functions including month/quarter/year-end close, consolidated financial statements (GAAP/IFRS), policy and control development, auditor relations, financial systems implementation, and provide strategic financial insights to senior management.

Manage month-end close and financial reporting for regional partnerships: review revenues/expenses, record adjustments and allocations, approve invoices, calculate clinic bonuses, prepare reconciliations and audit schedules, produce operational and financial trend analyses, respond to partner inquiries, and support regional M&A integrations.
