Develop project plans, monitor timelines and delegated tasks, coordinate process flows and client training, report progress to leadership, and drive continuous quality improvement. The role requires expertise in workers’ compensation claims administration, disability programs, project management, stakeholder coordination, and team leadership.

Administers FMLA and other leave-of-absence requests for multiple clients. Reviews documentation, determines eligibility, recommends approvals or denials, maintains records, tracks leave data, provides guidance to employees and management, conducts training, coordinates correspondence, and ensures compliance with federal and state regulations. The role also handles reporting, provider clarification, customer issue resolution, and special projects.
