Administer and support IBM i and Power Systems infrastructure supporting core banking operations. Responsibilities include system monitoring, job scheduling, batch processing, backups, recovery, replication, high availability, security administration, incident response, disaster recovery, automation, documentation, and production support. The role collaborates with vendors and stakeholders and participates in on-call rotation, maintenance, upgrades, and continuous platform improvement.

Manage full-service banking relationships for affluent clients, perform account reviews and openings, coordinate treasury contract delivery and onsite product training, support sales calls and special projects, and troubleshoot customer and employee issues.

Manage the bank's Compliance Management Program, oversee regulatory policy implementation, perform risk and compliance assessments, lead fair lending, CRA and examination activities, consult on new products and marketing, and train business units to ensure regulatory adherence and risk mitigation.
