Manages delinquent mortgage loan portfolios and serves as the single point of contact for borrowers and authorized parties. Conducts calls, analyzes financial circumstances, recommends loss mitigation solutions, and processes modifications, forbearance plans, short sales, deeds in lieu, and cash-for-keys. Performs skip tracing, reviews title searches, maintains account records and reports, and ensures compliance with investor, legal, and company guidelines while meeting performance goals.

Maintains litigation databases, tracks deadlines, supports regulatory and law-enforcement requests, trains litigation staff, and recommends process improvements. Requires extensive mortgage servicing legal knowledge, strong organization, analytical ability, and independent case-management skills.
