Provide client service support to Financial Advisors by educating clients on banking and investment offerings, ensuring timely and accurate client materials, following policies to manage risk, deepening client relationships, and supporting daily team activities with a client-first mindset.

Support and administer enterprise messaging and collaboration systems (Outlook, M365, SharePoint, Teams, Exchange, WebEx). Lead resolution of complex technical issues, coordinate deployments, manage user accounts and security, provide training, and collaborate with developers and IT teams to optimize services and documentation. Participate in on-call rotation and after-hours support.

Lead middleware remediation, platform modernization, and security hardening across MuleSoft and TIBCO. Design and operate scalable, secure API platforms, support global onboarding and CI/CD enablement, drive operational excellence for a 24x7 mission-critical environment, and participate in on-call rotations including occasional weekend work.

Support Financial Advisor team by managing client relationships, owning onboarding/offboarding, attending client meetings to discuss investments and performance, documenting interactions in Salesforce, coordinating specialists, resolving escalations, and monitoring client satisfaction to drive retention and growth.

Lead development and validation of market risk and stress-testing models (VaR, Stressed VaR, FRTB, CCAR). Perform end-to-end stress testing, scenario design, statistical analysis on large datasets, model performance monitoring, documentation, and collaborate with trading desks, technology, and model risk teams to support regulatory and internal capital requirements.
