Position Summary:
We are seeking a Technology Services Lead – API Platform to drive middleware remediation, platform modernization, and security hardening across MuleSoft and TIBCO environments.
The role combines:
Hands-on platform engineering and architecture
Leadership of large-scale remediation initiatives
Oversight of 24x7 global platform operations
Responsibilities:
Leading migration and decommissioning of legacy middleware platforms
Enhancing platform security to address AI-accelerated vulnerability risks
Designing and implementing scalable, secure API platforms
Supporting global clients with onboarding, CI/CD enablement, and best practices
Driving operational excellence across a high-volume, mission-critical platform
This role requires participation in on-call rotations and occasional weekend support.
Required Qualifications:
5+ year's expertise in MuleSoft Anypoint Platform and/or TIBCO middleware
Experience with enterprise API design and integration platforms (REST, RAML, OpenAPI)
Hands-on experience in:
API Management, access control, and runtime configuration
Deployment models (CloudHub, ARM, containers, cloud)
Solid background in:
Java/J2EE or similar technologies
CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Ansible, Git)
Scripting (Shell, Python, PowerShell)
Experience managing Linux/Unix and Windows environments
Strong understanding of:
Microservices and service-oriented architectures
Platform security, vulnerability remediation, and risk mitigation
Proven ability to troubleshoot complex production issues at scale
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Desired Qualifications:
MuleSoft certifications (Developer / Architect)
Experience with:
Observability tools (Dynatrace, Splunk)
Container platforms (Kubernetes)
Automation frameworks and Infrastructure as Code
Exposure to:
AI-driven security or automation environments
