Lead enterprise FP&A and supply chain finance as strategic partner to the CFO and CSCO. Own annual planning, rolling forecasts, capital allocation, costing, COGS and working capital analysis, and financial modeling for M&A. Drive performance management, KPIs, systems (SAP, BI), automation, and executive reporting. Build and lead a high-performing FP&A and supply chain finance team and support supply chain transformation, facility expansions, and cost optimization initiatives.

Lead the Dance business unit finance function: manage and develop the finance team, drive budgeting/forecasting, implement accounting controls, support acquisitions and integrations, create KPI scorecards, optimize working capital, approve commercial contracts, and deliver financial analysis to inform decisions.

Serve as an IT-business liaison to elicit, document, and translate requirements into functional specifications, lead process modeling and testing, support ERP and WMS implementations, create BI visualizations and KPIs, assist change management, mentor junior analysts, and support project delivery across Agile and waterfall lifecycles.

Lead modernization of infrastructure and cloud platforms, drive migration to AWS, build platform and SRE capabilities, maintain data center and hybrid operations, enforce security/compliance, optimize costs, and develop a high-performing infrastructure and platform engineering organization.
