Monitors, configures, and supports a lunar and cislunar data network using relay satellites and Earth ground stations. Leads software quality assurance and testing for flight software, ground systems, and simulation environments. Owns aerospace-aligned quality processes, requirements traceability, verification and validation, test planning, automation, and defect tracking. Mentors and manages test engineers, oversees test resources across projects, participates in Agile planning, and drives collaboration and continuous improvement. The role requires extensive aerospace software testing experience, including embedded, real-time, or flight software, with expertise in automation, CI/CD, and software V&V.

Lead the design, development, integration, verification, and testing of mission-critical communications software for spacecraft. Provide technical and team leadership, analyze requirements, oversee C/C++ and Python development, manage software risks, and establish validation procedures. Support embedded systems, RF communications, data protocols, software-defined radios, encryption, real-time operating systems, and avionics integration. Maintain technical documentation, coordinate sprint planning, and manage resources across multiple projects.

Provides legal oversight and advice on regulatory, corporate, trade, supply chain, government property, security, privacy, and ESG compliance. Interprets laws and regulations, assesses risks, develops compliance frameworks and controls, supports filings, audits, investigations, and remediation, and translates complex requirements into practical business procedures. Partners with technical, operational, and executive teams in an aerospace and government-contracting environment.

Leads the design, development, integration, testing, and verification of navigation input/output software for aerospace systems. Provides technical and team leadership, analyzes requirements, oversees C/C++ and Python implementation, manages real-time GN&C performance, mitigates risks, maintains technical documentation, and coordinates resources across multiple projects. The role also requires collaboration with multidisciplinary teams and experience integrating navigation sensors, actuators, avionics, embedded software, and I/O protocols.

Provides high-level legal and operational support across corporate governance, litigation, contracts, regulatory filings, compliance, transactions, and legal operations. Maintains corporate records, coordinates filings and deadlines, supports discovery and investigations, manages contract workflows and outside counsel administration, and improves legal department processes. Partners with attorneys, executives, Finance, and cross-functional stakeholders while handling confidential information and multiple complex matters independently.

Develop robot simulations for contact tasks using mathematical modeling, design experiments to validate and improve simulations, analyze experimental data, and create rapid robot controller tuning methodologies. The intern will collaborate on-site with engineering teams and apply robotics, kinematics, programming, and analytical problem-solving skills.

Develop and operate ground software for a lunar data network. Responsibilities include building software tools, interfaces, console frameworks, scripts, and unit tests; responding to real-time events and anomalies; troubleshooting networking, RF, and backend issues; participating in simulations, agile sprints, integration testing, and quality assurance; and supporting 8-hour shifts, overnight work, and on-call operations.
