Requires strong organization, communication, customer service, and Microsoft Office skills. Occasional weekend and holiday work may be required.

Leads NERC CIP cybersecurity compliance at generating stations, including asset and baseline management, audit preparation, access controls, patch management, incident response drills, vulnerability assessments, information protection, supply chain risk, and self-assessments. Serves as the primary site liaison for Regional Entities, coordinates RFIs and remediation, delivers personnel training, maintains evidence, and ensures continuous audit readiness. The role is full-time on-site, involves industrial environments and occasional travel, and requires substantial power utility or industrial cybersecurity experience.

Leads mechanical engineering and technical oversight for high-risk brownfield capital projects at a power generation facility. Reviews EPC deliverables, vendor submittals, designs, RFIs, field changes, and mechanical systems including piping, pumps, rotating equipment, tanks, valves, and heat exchangers. Supports construction, outages, tie-ins, commissioning, inspections, testing, turnover, and closeout while managing technical risks, change control, documentation, safety, constructability, and long-term reliability.

Leads owner-side execution of large power generation construction projects, overseeing scope, budget, schedule, risk, quality, governance, change control, contractors, EPC partners, engineering, procurement, construction, and regulatory compliance. Serves as the primary accountability point, coordinates cross-functional stakeholders, provides executive reporting, and drives timely issue resolution. Requires occasional travel to power generation facilities and may involve extended hours and shift work.
