Leads IT and OT infrastructure engineering for manufacturing facilities, including Windows servers, industrial networks, wired and wireless systems, security controls, backups, and disaster recovery. Supervises plant IT support personnel, serves as the Tier 1 escalation point, manages vendors, leads infrastructure projects, maintains technical standards and documentation, and supports incident response. The role requires hands-on systems administration, industrial networking, IT/OT segmentation, secure remote access, and technical leadership across 24/7 production environments.

Lead and scope plant process and expansion projects to maximize production and yield, troubleshoot operations, standardize best practices using data analysis (JMP), write procedures, support management and maintenance, and lead continuous improvement and operational areas as needed.
