Senior mechanical engineer responsible for designing equipment, piping and process systems, preparing specifications and calculations, reviewing vendor drawings, visiting sites/vendors, managing projects, budgets and client relationships, and ensuring compliance with codes, HSSE and company quality procedures.

Lead and manage large, multi-discipline engineering projects from planning through completion. Serve as client-facing PM, control budgets, schedules, resources, deliverables, invoices, and change management. Coach and direct project teams, enforce safety and quality, analyze project financials, and improve internal processes.

Lead and grow the Facility Integrity service line by executing inspection projects, overseeing project managers and field technicians, recruiting and training staff, coordinating logistics and scheduling, ensuring safety and quality, managing client relationships and profitability, and supporting business development and strategic planning.

Lead and manage a team designing and delivering industrial control and safety systems (DCS/SIS). Oversee system architecture, logic development, HMI/PLC/SCADA integration, testing, commissioning, project budgets/schedules, client relations, hiring, and safety compliance.

Support the Lead Technical Safety Engineer on safety engineering tasks: produce safety deliverables, assist fire-fighting system design, participate in HAZID/HAZOP/LOPA/SIL/Bow-Tie reviews, perform consequence analysis with PHAST, review safety studies, prepare specs and schedules, and aid in manhour estimation and audits.

Manage end-to-end commercial accounting for fixed-price EPC projects: set cost structures, monitor budget vs actuals, prepare lump-sum billings, protect margins via revenue recognition and change-order support, produce financial forecasts, WIP reporting, and maintain audit/SOX-ready documentation.
