Requires experience with Esri GIS tools, relational databases, pipeline data models, Python, geodatabase design, LiDAR, and photogrammetry.

Serve as the on-site engineering representative for a client facility, leading small-to-mid capital projects from concept through startup, coordinating with corporate engineering, plant operations, contractors, and vendors, tracking schedules/costs, supporting installation and maintenance, and managing work around production downtime (including weekend and extended hours).

Leads process design, optimization, troubleshooting, and safety reviews for capital projects and operating facilities. Develops process flowsheets, heat and material balances, P&IDs, equipment sizing, simulations, and hydraulic calculations. Supports vendor document review, procurement, construction, commissioning, and startup. Identifies debottlenecking opportunities, ensures technical and safety standards, reviews engineering deliverables, and mentors junior engineers.

Designs and evaluates mechanical equipment for capital projects, including pumps, compressors, vessels, heat exchangers, and tanks. Prepares datasheets, specifications, and requisitions; sizes and selects equipment; performs technical bid evaluations; reviews vendor documentation; and coordinates interfaces with process, piping, and civil/structural disciplines. Supports construction, commissioning, and troubleshooting while ensuring compliance with API, ASME, project, and HSE standards.

Designs industrial electrical power distribution systems for capital projects, including single-line diagrams, load lists, cable schedules, area classifications, and power system studies. Specifies transformers, switchgear, MCCs, UPS systems, and cables; reviews vendor drawings; supports factory acceptance testing and startup; coordinates with instrumentation and engineering disciplines; and ensures compliance with NEC, IEC, IEEE, project standards, and HSE requirements.

Leads assigned projects from planning through completion, managing scope, schedules, resources, deliverables, quality assurance, documentation, risks, and project standards. Builds effective project teams, assigns responsibilities, ensures accountability, supports process improvements, and coordinates internal teams. The role is remote and based out of Tulsa, Oklahoma, with preferred experience in oil and gas or hydrocarbon processing industries.
