Owns the end-to-end architecture, stability, security, integrations, and production support of Lilly Pulitzer’s Salesforce ecosystem across Marketing Cloud, Service Cloud, Loyalty Management, Agentforce, Voice, Data Cloud, MuleSoft, commerce, POS, and Snowflake. The role provides hands-on technical delivery, troubleshooting, release oversight, documentation, standards, partner management, and mentorship for internal Salesforce teams.

Support design development for knit tops, skirts, skorts, PJs and childrens lines: create silhouettes and artwork, prepare technical flats and BOMs, maintain Centric PLM, attend fittings, coordinate with Technical Design and Product Development, manage design boards, assist sample reviews, and support seasonal calendars and trim/fabric research.

Manage inventory, POs, returns, credits, and order maintenance for Signature wholesale accounts. Coordinate shipments with fulfillment, reconcile PO variances via EDI, produce weekly inventory and wholesale performance reports, support market planning and in-market initiatives, and set up accounts and non-standard terms.

Support wholesale operations for Signature accounts by managing inventory, POs, returns, credits, order maintenance, and shipping coordination. Provide weekly inventory and wholesale reporting, analyze bookings and OTB, monitor KPIs, support in-market initiatives, and onboard new accounts. Collaborate cross-functionally with fulfillment, distribution, and merchandising to optimize sales and gross profit; may require occasional retail travel and flexible hours during peak seasons.
