Lead and support M&A transaction workstreams including quality of earnings, working capital, and cash flow analyses. Oversee synergy identification and capture, Day 1 readiness, TSA planning, operating model design, process and technology optimization, governance, and stakeholder engagement. Deliver executive presentations, financial analyses, implementation roadmaps, and mentor team members while supporting business development and practice growth.

Lead Riveron's national M&A Tax practice, advising private equity and corporate clients on transaction tax, due diligence, tax structuring (domestic and cross-border), integration planning, and deal-related advisory. Oversee and mentor MD-level professionals, collaborate with cross-functional teams, originate business, and represent the firm as a thought leader.
