Provides administrative and project support to engineers, consultants, project managers, and office staff across Oregon and Washington. Responsibilities include proposal and CRM updates, contract processing, project setup, project accounting support, client and visitor assistance, document preparation, meeting coordination, office supply management, and general office operations. The role also coordinates with contracts, finance, and marketing teams while supporting efficient project execution and client service.

Provides consulting across security risk management, security design, threat violence risk, protective intelligence, and investigations. Maintains client credibility, delivers billable work, manages multiple projects, fosters collaboration, and supports high-performing teams while maintaining 40–50% utilization and traveling up to 25%.

Lead and facilitate Process Hazard Analyses using HAZOP, What-If, LOPA, and FMEA methodologies. Manage PHA lifecycles, analyze process safety information, prepare technical reports, advise on high-hazard materials and safety systems, conduct site compliance assessments, and support proposals and client engagements. The role requires process safety engineering expertise, PHA leadership certification, regulatory knowledge, and 25–50% travel for client work and onsite sessions.

Support engineers on probabilistic risk analysis and perform routine to moderately complex technical tasks. Complete developmental assignments using standard engineering techniques under close supervision, adjust and correlate data, and follow established procedures.

Perform PRA/PSA modeling and analyses (internal events, fire, seismic, external hazards), support risk-informed licensing and regulatory work, apply online risk tools and HRA, advise on advanced nuclear risk initiatives, communicate findings to stakeholders, mentor junior staff, and support business development.

Lead development and validation of high-fidelity CFD models using FDS for fire dynamics and thermal-fluid problems; partner with experimental teams for test design and validation; provide technical leadership, mentorship, and represent the firm in publications and presentations; author technical reports and support methodology development.

Lead finance-focused data and analytics initiatives: build scalable data models and Power BI dashboards, develop a Finance AI roadmap, analyze margin/utilization drivers, support profitability and pricing strategies, and deliver executive-ready insights partnering with FP&A, Operations, IT and senior leadership.

Conduct due-diligence and investigative research using public records, subscription databases, and open-source techniques; verify employment, licenses, and records; document findings; maintain search methodologies and relationships with document retrieval vendors; meet deadlines and budget.

Partner with project managers to manage project financials across the lifecycle, including revenue recognition, billing, collections, forecasting, month‑end close, financial analysis, risk identification, and process improvements. Support reporting, stakeholder collaboration, audits, and training to improve project financial performance.

Design, develop, and maintain full‑stack web applications and cloud platforms. Build responsive front ends (React/Angular), secure .NET back ends, work with PostgreSQL/SQL Server, Docker, and AWS. Participate in architecture, code reviews, Agile ceremonies, troubleshooting, and improving engineering standards while collaborating with product, QA, and DevOps.
