Leads enterprise data strategy, governance, quality, reporting, and information systems for healthcare and PBM business units. Manages development and reporting teams, owns the data roadmap, serves as product owner, and partners with corporate and client IT teams. Oversees data platforms, AWS infrastructure, SQL databases, security assessments, compliance, issue resolution, and strategic data initiatives while promoting data-driven decision-making and standardized data practices.

Manage and grow strategic partnerships with physician groups, health systems, and other providers. Drive referral growth, program adoption, and retention through consultative selling, provider education, onboarding support, performance monitoring, and cross-functional collaboration. Maintain CRM records, prepare business reviews, and travel to support provider relationships.

Monitor and evaluate inbound/outbound patient calls for quality, compliance, and accuracy using scorecards; identify performance trends and training gaps; provide feedback and reports; develop and refine QA processes, scripts, and scorecards; collaborate with leadership and training to improve call center performance.

Own and optimize lead generation platforms, integrations, and data flows; analyze and improve campaign performance and ROI; build reporting and run tests; collaborate with Marketing, Analytics, and Compliance to ensure quality, routing, and scalable processes.

Lead cross-functional projects to improve patient experience, service levels, and operational efficiency. Define scope, KPIs, execute improvement plans, perform root cause analyses, coordinate stakeholders, track adoption, and support standardized workflows and training to ensure sustainable outcomes.

Lead enterprise sales forecasting, pipeline governance, and KPI reporting to drive growth performance. Own forecast reviews, executive reporting, sales compensation tracking, and data-driven insights. Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Growth Ops, and Market Leaders to improve conversion, planning accuracy, and revenue outcomes, while supporting systems, data quality, analytics automation, and performance frameworks.
