Provide legal counsel to Tenet facilities on healthcare operations and regulatory compliance (Stark, anti-kickback, EMTALA, HIPAA). Review and analyze facility arrangements, draft and negotiate transactional documents, deliver training, advise executives, manage confidential matters, and support operational legal needs.

Translate enterprise strategy into standardized, measurable processes; enforce contract/GPO compliance; lead data-driven performance reviews; support facility integrations and expansions; and provide indirect leadership for up to 100+ materials management FTEs while partnering with market and corporate executives to meet financial and operational targets.

Develop and execute physician-focused marketing and communications to support service-line growth and brand engagement. Craft storytelling, manage integrated campaigns across digital and traditional platforms, collaborate with national and local leaders, build cross-functional relationships, measure performance with KPIs, and represent the TPR brand in community engagement.

Transports patients and visitors safely and timely within the hospital, documents requests, maintains and cleans transport equipment, completes required competencies, assists with clerical tasks, and performs other related duties.
