Leads procurement execution across 50–100 ambulatory surgery centers and surgical hospitals in the Southeast. Drives financial performance, sourcing compliance, standardization, contract adherence, data-driven materials management, facility integrations, and cost-reduction initiatives. Partners with executive, financial, clinical, and operational leaders while indirectly overseeing up to 100+ Materials Management employees. Requires extensive travel, strong analytical and financial skills, change leadership, and experience managing complex, multi-site operations.

Provides legal guidance to clinical and facility operations, reviews healthcare arrangements for compliance with Stark, anti-kickback, EMTALA, HIPAA, and other regulations, handles healthcare drafting and transactional matters, trains personnel, and advises executives and outside counsel.

Manages corporate FP&A activities including forecasting, budgeting, long-range planning, financial modeling, executive reporting, KPI dashboards, and scenario analysis. Serves as the primary Workday Adaptive Planning administrator, maintaining planning structures, integrations, data quality, reporting, automation, upgrades, training, and troubleshooting. Partners with finance, IT, accounting, business stakeholders, and senior leadership to improve scalable planning and reporting solutions.

Sources and recruits physicians across supported markets, managing the full recruitment cycle from candidate outreach and screening through onboarding coordination. Builds relationships with physicians, hospital leaders, and stakeholders; verifies credentials and references; tracks recruitment metrics; supports recruitment marketing; and ensures compliance with healthcare regulations. Some travel may be required, and the selected candidate must pass a motor vehicle records check.

Provide frontline and second-level support for radiology, cardiology, neurology, and GI applications (PACS/MRI/CT), including troubleshooting, upgrades, vendor coordination, testing, documentation, on-call rotation, and participation in system projects to maintain uptime and align IT with clinical workflows.

Support credentialing/onboarding, optimize provider access to block time, run face-to-face sales meetings, document engagement in CRM, and partner with operations to expand service lines and improve provider retention.
