Create parametric aerodynamic and thermal surfaces, simplify CAD for CFD, design and release mechanical parts for testing and production, support CFD automation, manage full-car/subsystem assemblies, collaborate with styling studio, and participate in wind-tunnel and physical testing. Requires travel and hybrid onsite attendance.

Lead enterprise strategy for low-voltage power architecture and signal I/O across GM vehicles; own LV architecture artifacts (diagrams, topology, budget dashboard); build technology roadmaps; lead executive reviews and make make-vs-buy and investment decisions; run market/competitive analysis; lead and develop a team of technology managers and enable cross-functional alignment.

Lead and execute structural CAE analyses for vehicle body architectures, develop and debug FEA models, recommend cost- and mass-efficient design solutions, perform topology optimization, support validation and testing, drive CAE method development, and coordinate with cross-functional teams and suppliers.
