Senior individual contributor designing and deploying onboard ML solutions for autonomous driving. Develop models (detection, tracking, trajectory, safe AI), build training pipelines and deployment tooling, translate research into production, collaborate cross-functionally, and mentor engineers.

Design, implement, and deploy ML models for autonomous driving (detection, tracking, trajectory generation). Apply advanced techniques (imitation learning, RL, foundation models), collaborate cross-functionally, and support production ML systems and model deployment.

Lead design and delivery of production-grade AI capabilities to improve developer productivity across engineering tools, CI/CD, and embedded software workflows. Lead development of high-fidelity component plant models in MATLAB/Simulink for electrical, mechanical, and software interfaces. Collaborate with suppliers and cross-functional teams to parameterize, validate, and integrate models into CoSim/SIL/HIL environments (FMU export). Define modeling standards, lead correlation/validation strategies, document assumptions, and mentor peers to scale virtual hardware modeling across programs.

Develop high-fidelity MATLAB/Simulink component plant models that emulate electrical, mechanical, and software interfaces. Collaborate with suppliers and cross-functional teams to define requirements, parameterize and validate models, export FMUs for co-simulation, integrate models into vehicle-level sims, run virtual tests and what-if studies, document assumptions and validation, and help define modeling standards and best practices.

Manage day-to-day semiconductor suppliers to ensure supply continuity, negotiate commercial terms, monitor performance, resolve issues, build dashboards and reports, partner cross-functionally, and drive supplier performance and risk mitigation.

Lead product strategy and execution for ML training workflows and platforms. Own roadmap, define requirements, measure KPIs for developer productivity, training reliability, experiment management, and cost. Partner with engineering, infrastructure, data, finance, and autonomy teams to prioritize investments, reduce cycle time, and deliver scalable tooling. Mentor product peers and communicate tradeoffs and metrics to senior leaders.
