Serves as the technical liaison between GM and suppliers, executing APQP, reviewing PPAP submissions, quality plans, PFMEAs, and manufacturing processes. The role guides technical solutions, manages math development processes, removes roadblocks, and ensures successful delivery of vehicle program design objectives.

Leads development and scale-up of battery cell formation processes for advanced electrochemical technologies. Responsibilities include optimizing material interactions, formation equipment, tooling, throughput, quality, and energy efficiency; collaborating with R&D, product and manufacturing engineering; troubleshooting equipment; conducting root cause analysis and statistical process improvement; managing suppliers and technical projects; and mentoring engineers. Domestic and international travel may be required.
